Judy Rogers has an extensive background in school leadership. She served as a public school teacher and subsequently as an elementary principal in Massachusetts, at which time she earned a doctorate in educational leadership. Currently Judy teaches graduate students who are aspiring principals and also coaches new principals. She is also employed part time as Kindergarten Coordinator for the North Andover Public Schools. As a member of the Mount Vernon National Advisory Council Judy recently worked with the Global Women’s Institute to develop a mentoring program for the Elizabeth Somers Women’s Leadership Program.
